Throughout the year, we stock single and double door novelty freezers in our warehouse in Brantford. These units are available for pick up, same day shipping or delivery within a week of purchase. The single and double door novelty freezers have a one year parts and service warranty. Should customers require service on the newly purchased ice cream freezer, we ask that you contact our service team. Once the service team has been notified, we will have a technician come to the location and service the novelty freezer.

At Ancaster Food Equipment we offer long term rentals through a SilverChef program. When going with a rental program, customers have the option to rent the equipment for 52 weeks. At the end of the term, customers can choose to buy the equipment outright, which is the most affordable option. Customers can also continue to rent for an additional two (2) or three (3) years, or they can simply return the equipment if they no longer need it. The Rent, Try, Buy program is also 100% tax deductible.
Our sales representatives are available through email and by phone during our business hours. For customers who prefer to place orders over the phone, our sales team will be happy to explain the process.
For customers in our delivery range (150 km of our warehouse) we offer a removal and disposal service of existing units. For customers located in Brampton, we can remove the existing unit from the location as long as the following criteria has been met.
