Located about an hour east of London, Ancaster Food Equipment is based in Brantford, Ontario. We are passionate about affordable, and reliable refrigeration. Our company originated out of a need for both. We have now spent over thirty years perfecting our refurbished units.
Our warehouse close to London is open to the public, and we encourage our customers to come and visit. Our warehouse and technician team work on our refurbished units 5-6 days a week, to ensure we can keep up with the demand for our units.
Ancaster Food Equipment offers our customers fully refurbished True® commercial coolers and freezers, at 50% of the cost of brand new. We OEM parts when replacing the interior mechanisms and offer a competitive warranty on our units.

The portable sinks allow for a direct water hook up, or can be manually filled. Each sink facilitates about 120 handwashes, making these units a great addition to daycares, outdoor events, and weddings.
Our sinks have been sold across Canada and the United States to trusted businesses such as; The Canadian Red Cross, Sobeys, Walmart and many more.
We offer a one year warranty on parts for the portable sinks. If warranty claims need to be made, please contact Ancaster Food Equipment directly.

When purchasing a brand new True® cooler or freezer, it comes at a cost. Our refurbished units are 50% of the cost of a brand new True® model. Since our cooler and freezers receive all brand new OEM parts, and a full aesthetic upgrade, our refurbished units look, and run like a brand new model, for a fraction of the cost.

We know the right questions to ask, allowing us to present our customers with a variety of options. While our primary focus is our fully refurbished True® coolers and freezers, we carry portable sinks, novelty freezers, dipping freezers and the list goes on. No, we don’t have a showroom, but we have a warehouse located in Brantford, Ontario. We invite our customers to come and visit, and our sales team can show you the refurbishing process. Please keep in mind that we do not stock, or display brand new items in our warehouse.
For customers based in London, we offer a full white glove service delivery. The delivery will include our drivers bringing the unit(s) to your location, bringing the unit(s) inside, and getting the commercial equipment into place. Customers are responsible for plugging the equipment after it has sat for a minimum of 24 hours.
***If your location has stairs, or obstructions that will require a modified delivery, please let your sales representative know prior to delivery. Changes will need to be made accordingly, and photos are required of the obstruction.
If you are purchasing a refurbished unit, we will require a 50% deposit to begin the production of your equipment. Our team will reach out a week prior to delivery to collect the remaining balance of the invoice.
When purchasing a brand new equipment, all invoices must be paid in full. Since we specialize in refurbished equipment, we order brand new equipment through our suppliers.
***Please note that our team will not deliver any units that have not been paid for in full. We do not accept a check upon delivery.
