We want to ensure that our customers are always kept up-to-date on the status of their order. Once the commercial cooler or freezer leaves our warehouse, customers are sent an email with all the relevant tracking information. This way, they can easily track their units and see when to expect delivery. The email also includes contact information for the carriers, in case customers need any additional information about the location of their cooler/freezer.
When shipping commercial freezers and coolers out of province, we use third-party shipping companies. Since the drivers work on their own, we only offer tailgate service. This means that the driver will get the unit off of the truck and to the ground for the recipient of the delivery. The driver will not bring your inside of your location. Once the unit has arrived at your location, it is imperative that you check it for any damage. If there is any damage, please let us know immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping company.
Should you require service, or a warranty claim on your equipment there are a few things to consider; if the unit was refurbished, or brand new, and who the best contact for service is. If you have purchased one of our refurbished coolers, or freezers you will call our office directly, and we will have a technician in your area come to service the cooler/freezer. If you have purchased brand new equipment, contact information regarding warranty will be given to you at the time of purchase.
