REFURBISHED TRUE REFRIGERATION AVAILABLE IN INDIANAPOLIS
True is known for their high quality equipment. Their units are built to last and withstand the hectic nature of a commercial kitchen. This is why we chose to only refurbish the True brand.
Our technicians begin the refurbishing process by removing all existing parts, even if they are in working condition. All parts are replaced with brand new OEM parts. These parts include gaskets, solenoids, valves, compressor, and condenser. Since the commercial freezer or cooler is being completely refurbished, we take extra care to ensure proper testing takes place. Our team closely monitors the internal temperature of each piece of refurbished equipment.
Our refurbished refrigerators and glass door freezers are sanded down to remove any existing imperfections. All of our coolers and freezers are repainted and have brand new vinyl applied. Our team then installs brand new LED lighting in the interior of the cabinet.
Ancaster Food Equipment is able to offer a “like new” warranty on all of our refurbished equipment. All of our refurbished True® commercial coolers and freezers come with a seven-year compressor warranty and a two-year warranty on all parts and service!
FREE SHIPPING TO BUSINESSES IN INDIANAPOLIS
Ancaster Food Equipment is proud to offer free shipping on all of our refurbished equipment. Each delivery includes tailgate service. This means the driver will unload the equipment and bring it to ground level. It will be the customers responsibility to bring the equipment inside of their location. Please note that inside delivery is available, but is not included with the free shipping. Should you require inside delivery, it is imperative that your sales representative is made aware of this prior to shipping. This way proper arrangements can be made.
PORTABLE SINKS IN INDIANAPOLIS
Portable sinks have quickly become one of our top selling items since the start of the pandemic. Hand washing is more important than ever before, and our portable sinks offer a unique and easy way to make hand washing more accessible. We assemble the portable sinks at our warehouse in Brantford, and ship them across North America.
The portable sinks are made from high quality 304 gauge stainless steel, and come with built in casters making them easy to move. Each portable sink comes standard with a one (1) year parts warranty. With so many benefits, it's no wonder our portable sinks have been so popular!

We make it easy to make a warranty claim. We work with True® certified technicians across the US. The first step is to call us so that we can open a service ticket. From there we will have a technician reach you by phone, or come out to your location. The service company will bill us, so our customers never have to front the bill.
We only have one brick and mortar location, in Brantford, Ontario – However, we have served communities across Canada and the United States for over thirty years. We offer free shipping to our customers based in Indianapolis.
We suggest that customers have a few extra hands available on the day of delivery. We offer casters as an optional add on. Casters are easily installed on the base of the unit. Once the casters are installed, the unit can be rolled into the facility if it is at ground level. If there are stairs involved, we recommend hiring an experienced moving company.
**Please note that the units will not be shipped with the casters installed to protect the exterior of the equipment.
