We provide a full coverage warranty of 7 years on the compressor and two years on all parts and services. Our technicians bill us directly, so no need to worry about any extra costs or complexities.
With our portable sinks now on the market, it's never been easier or more accessible to enjoy brand-new handwashing equipment. We have developed the largest water tanks available - 16 gallons (60L) for fresh water and 21 gallons (80L) for wastewater. Not only that, but each portable sink comes complete with a gravity water dish located conveniently on the side of the unit for easy filling, and quick drainage valves located underneath so you won't have to worry about heavy lifting. Crafted from 18 gauge commercial grade 304 stainless steel, these portable sinks are fully assembled and ready to use - just unpack, add water and plug in! Each portable sink includes a paper towel bar, a soap dispenser, a set of locking, and heavy-duty casters. The portable sink is also fully certified by UL, CSA & ETL Sanitation Listed standards, making them a safe and reliable option no matter your needs.

When shipping out of Canada, we use a third-party carrier. The drivers work on their own and offer tailgate service only. This means that the driver will bring the equipment to the ground, but the driver will not bring the equipment inside. Once the unit has arrived, it is crucial that the recipient thoroughly inspects the equipment for any damage.
To make a warranty claim on one of our refurbished True® coolers or freezers, call us toll-free at (1)855-888-9644 and speak with our service coordinator. We will contact a True® certified technician in your area, and they will come out to service the equipment. Ancaster Food Equipment is billed directly, to ensure customers don’t wait for reimbursement. For brand-new products, warranty claims are done through the manufacturer.
**We request that Ancaster Food Equipment be notified about any issues with refurbished equipment. This will help us to diagnose the problem, and ensure proper measures are taken.
