We ship across North America. We ship to Nashville using a third-party carrier. The delivery includes tailgate service only. The driver will bring the unit to your location, and drop the unit off at ground level. Since the drivers work alone, they cannot bring the cooler/freezer inside the location. If inside delivery is required, please speak with your sales representative prior to shipping.
Once your cooler/freezer is picked up from our warehouse, each customer will receive detailed tracking information from our shipping department. You will be provided with contact information for the carrier, should you need to contact them directly about your delivery.
Should you require service on a refurbished freezer or refrigerator, our customers can contact our service team. We will open a service ticket, and have a True® certified technician in your area come to service the cooler/freezer. Once the service has been completed, the technicians will bill us directly!
If you have purchased brand-new equipment, the warranty will be handled through the manufacturer. Your sales agent will provide you with warranty information upon purchase.
