With over 3 decades in business, we have built relationships with True® certified technicians across North America. Should you require service on your refurbished equipment, call us toll-free, and we will send a technician in Richmond to you. The service technician will then bill us directly, provided you are within your warranty period.
All True® coolers and freezers are refurbished to order. If changes need to be made this has to be done prior to shipment. If the unit has been shipped and needs to be returned/exchanged, customers are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any shipping charges that occur in transit. If the order is cancelled, there is a 25% nonrefundable deposit.
Once the equipment leaves our warehouse, customers will receive detailed tracking and delivery information. It is crucial that customers inspect the equipment before the driver leaves. If the equipment has been damaged during transit, ensure to write “damaged” on the BoL (Bill of Lading.) Call our office toll-free at 1-855-888-9644, and our team will make a damage claim on your behalf.
