Our fully refurbished True® freezers/coolers come with a seven-year compressor warranty and two-year parts and service warranty. We handle warranty claims internally, so our customers never have to wait for a response from the manufacturer.

We are able to offer commercial refrigeration in a variety of sizes and finishes. Our fully refurbished True coolers and freezers are primarily the True GDM (Glass Door Merchandiser) series. Identical coolers and freezers are available in single, double or triple door models.
For customers looking for a solid door finish, we have the True T-72F. We have more brand new options when it comes to stainless steel coolers and freezers.
Novelty freezers are available in single and double door options. These smaller chest style freezers are available for same, or next day shipping!

For warranty on brand new equipment, Ancaster Food Equipment provides our customers with warranty contact information upon purchase.
We offer access to True® certified technicians across Canada for consumers outside of our delivery range. At Ancaster Food Equipment we make it straightforward to submit a warranty claim. Call our toll-free number and speak with a member of our customer care team. Our staff will contact a technician in your area and book a service call. Ancaster Food Equipment is billed directly by all technicians.
Ancaster Food Equipment ships across Canada and The United States. For customers located in Quebec, shipping is only 1-2 days depending on the order. To place an order with us, you can do so by phone, or email. Our sales team will assist you in placing the order either way. To get started, we will require some basic information such as; the billing and shipping addresses, desired units, and special requests. From there, we can process the deposit/balance for/of your invoice. For our fully refurbished coolers and freezers, we require a 50% deposit to begin refurbishing them. The remaining balance of the invoice is then collected prior to shipping. For brand new units we will require the balance of the invoice be paid in full, and will be shipped out right away.
Our shipping department will send tracking information once your brand new or refurbished cooler/freezer leaves our Brantford warehouse. This way you can track the equipment on its journey to you!
Ancaster Food Equipment has teamed with Econolease and SilverChef to provide leasing and financing solutions to our Canadian customers. Our portable sinks are assembled in Canada, and are made of high-quality 304 gauge stainless steel. The portable sinks are easy to clean, and are great for outdoor events, and facilities that require additional hand washing stations. The waste and fresh water tanks on our units are the largest on the market.

We’ve sold to reputable organizations including the Canadian Red Cross. To put our customers’ minds at ease, each portable sink comes with a one-year parts warranty.
Depending on the equipment that has been ordered, wait times will vary. If customers purchase brand new equipment, and the units are in stock we offer the same, or next day shipping. With our refurbished coolers and freezers wait times can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year. Summer months tend to have a longer production time because of high demand. If you require your refurbished cooler or freezer immediately, contact your sales representative and we will work with you to accommodate your timeline.
For our customers located in Quebec City, we are able to offer inside delivery. This service needs to be arranged prior to the shipment of your unit. Please note that this is an additional charge and will need to be quoted.
None of the units that we carry will require any additional installation. All of the units are “plug and play.”
Commercial equipment comes in 110v and 220v. Our refurbished two and three door freezers will require a 220v plug. It is important for customers to review the specification sheets prior to shipment/delivery to ensure that proper electrical is available at your location.
