This unit helps you store and prepare ingredients fast and easy with its oversized worktop and ample refrigerated storage capacity. This prep table uses Hydro-Carbon R290 refrigerant, which is much more efficient than previous generation freon refrigerants and also environmentally friendly.
This refrigerated pizza prep table by Omcan comes standard with 9 topping pans for easy ingredient access and storage along with a removable cutting board, creating a complete pizza prep station. The unit comes with ample refrigerated storage space for ingredient overflow and storage of larger items. The cutting board is ⅝” thick or 15mm for ultimate durability. The Omcan refrigerated pizza prep table is manufactured to ensure your pizza topping and ingredients are kept at the right temperature all the time.
